কুলচা এক ধরনের ভারতীয় চ্যাপটা রুটি, যেটা ময়দাতে খমির মিশিয়ে তৈরী করা হয়৷ বিশেষ ভাবে ভারত এবং পাকিস্তানের জনপ্রিয় খাবার এবং এটি সাধারণত ছোলার তরকারী দিয়ে খাওয়া হয়৷
