баварска крем пита

A rich and gelatinous pie that uses egg whites, gelatin, and whipped cream to create a custard. The custard can also be flavored (with vanilla, chocolate, coffee or fruit). It is then poured into a pie shell and chilled. After chilling, the custard can be topped with various sliced fruits, toasted coconut or shaved chocolate. If coconut flavored, it is often called a coconut creme/cream pie.
