Шифон пита

Chiffon pie is created by starting with a custard base, and adding egg whites and gelatin to produce a light, fluffy texture. Chiffon pie can be in a variety of flavors, including but not limited to chocolate, coffee, lime, pumpkin, and orange. Holiday flavors, such as peppermint stick and egg nog are also options.
